Meet us as Perempuan Penggerak Indonesia

Background

The Indonesian Women’s Activators Association (Perhimpunan Perempuan Penggerak Indonesia or “Perak Indonesia”) was established on (date) to create a platform where Indonesian women can contribute meaningfully to various aspects of national development. Perak Indonesia believes that women play a crucial role as agents of change, starting from strengthening the family as the cornerstone of society to making significant impacts in social, economic, and cultural life.

Rooted in the spirit of idealism and the principles of Pancasila, the organization was initiated by women from the Alumni Network of 1998 Activist Networks. The organization strives to foster inclusive, solution-oriented, collaborative, and empowered women capable of addressing modern challenges with practical and strategic approaches.

Perak Indonesia emphasizes inclusivity, ensuring that women from all social, cultural, and religious backgrounds actively participate and contribute to change. Through cross-community, institutional, and sectoral collaboration, the organization aims to amplify the impact of its movement.

Vision of Perak Indonesia

To become a women’s association based on the values of Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa (Belief in One God) and Pancasila that is inclusive, solution-oriented, collaborative, and empowered, encouraging Indonesian women to make tangible contributions toward a prosperous, just, and cultured society while strengthening the family’s role as the foundation for national progress and global civilization.

Mission of Perak Indonesia

1. Promote Divine and Pancasila Values

Instill the principles of Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa and Pancasila in every activity of the organization to reinforce unity, justice, and welfare amid Indonesia’s diversity.

2. Strengthen the Family’s Role as Society’s Pillar

Encourage women to become drivers in building harmonious and empowered families, contributing positively to social harmony and national sustainability.

3. Empower Women for Tangible Change

Maximize women’s potential to become inclusive, resilient, and solution-driven change agents in family, community, national, and international contexts.

4. Design Inclusive and Solution-Oriented Programs

Develop programs addressing key women’s issues, such as economic empowerment, education, health, environmental preservation, and awareness of legal and human rights.

5. Create Collaborative Spaces and Synergies

Foster collaboration across communities, institutions, and sectors to strengthen the impact of sustainable and strategic women’s movements.

6. Enhance Awareness of Global Issues

Increase Indonesian women’s involvement in solving global issues to contribute positively to national and global progress.
